classic look on my boss' face today.

the setup:

7:30 meeting. get to work just in time to find out it's cancelled. ok, so i putter around reading email for a bit. then brian (my boss) invites me to tag along with him to an 8:30 meeting. normally i'd leave at 8:30 for track practice, but today's training is on the road, so i can schedule it "at my leisure". whatever. so i go to the meeting. very cryptic. anyway, meeting is over and we're back at the office. it's like 10:15 and so I tell my boss, "hey, i need to go ride my bike for awhile..."

he just cold stares at me for a second.

and then says, "alright, i guess we'll see you ... later sometime?"

me : "yep, later..."

it's just so ridiculous sometimes.
